Who we are

Founded in Dublin in 2002, Zintek is a family-owned company providing nationwide technical solutions and services across Ireland. Over the years, we have grown to support some of the country’s leading organisations across retail, hospitality, construction, telecommunications, healthcare and gaming. Our services include Audio-Visual, Wi-Fi, Digital Signage, Electrical, Security/CCTV and Sustainable Energy Solutions.

With field service engineers located across all 32 counties, Zintek provides responsive nationwide support, including a 4-hour onsite response, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our tracked service vehicles allow us to monitor engineer locations in real time and optimise response times for customer callouts.

Our helpdesk is the first point of contact for customers, offering technical advice, service updates and ongoing support. Every customer interaction is important to us, and our CRM system helps us manage calls, track response times, produce reports and deliver a reliable service experience.
